Sunday sermons – I am available for Sunday sermons and am pleased to bring my best to congregations of all sizes and types. I especially love to share messages from God’s Word on the subjects of pastor transitions, church health, outward-focused, disciple-making churches, forgiveness and reconciliation as well as the big tough challenges of the Christian life such as: “When God Says ‘No,’” “When God Says Nothing,” “When Life Is Bitter,” etc.
Conference speaking and teaching – I have served as the “plenary” speaker at conferences and conducted numerous conference workshops on subjects such as: “A Really Great Church!,” “The Joy Of Interim Pastoring,” “The Power Of United Leadership,” “Becoming Turnaround Pastors,” “Shepherding Through Change,” “The Privilege of Christian Leadership,” “Interim Pastor-Proofing Your Church” and “Strategic Planning For The Rest Of Us.”
Becoming Effective Leaders (BEL) groups for pastors – I love helping pastors become the revitalization leaders whom their churches need them to be! BEL group participants meet monthly for nine months and gain leadership and revitalization skills in the context of personal coaching and relationships with three to eight fellow group participants. Saturday Seminars – Kind people have been giving me high marks for my seminars for many years.
