Pastor’s Groups

All churches need ongoing revitalization. Some churches need drastic revitalization. Most pastors are not equipped to lead these efforts. I had to learn these skills the hard way. That’s why I’m passionate about leading Becoming Effective Leaders (BEL) groups for pastors. BEL group participants meet monthly for nine months and gain leadership and revitalization skills in the context of personal coaching and great relationships with two to seven fellow participants. I also lead Coaching Groups. I’m currently enjoying a regular, monthly Zoom gathering of several pastors, from a common denominational “tribe,” engaged in the revitalization of their congregations. Ask me about getting YOU into such a group.

I am so grateful to God for Brian, his ministry, and his friendship. As a result of his assessment and coaching, my church has experienced unmistakable, God-given renewal. We are increasingly living out our church's mission which is to love and glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ.
